Radiology Imaging Solutions’ employees are designated as Critical Infrastructure Workers based upon Executive Order 2020-21 (COVID-19). The healthcare services, which we supply, are critical in maintaining the effectiveness of the healthcare facilities that we service.
During this concerning time, Radiology Imaging Solutions’ top priority is the safety and well-being of our customers, employees and their families. We are committed to leading the industry toward better health care through expert service, sales and technical support since 1987. Our goal is to exceed your expectations every day- including during a global pandemic.
We are taking precautionary measures for the health and safety of our customers and our employees. We have instituted a protection plan to ensure that health and safety protocols are being followed.
- Each Service Engineer will wear a mask upon entering your facility.
- Each Service Engineer will wear gloves if the nature of their service requires contact to equipment that is routinely exposed to patients.
- We make sure that our equipment is thoroughly cleaned before we leave a facility to stop the potential spread of disease.
- We are meeting daily to discuss the COVID – 10 situation and how/if we need to make necessary changes.
As part of our precautionary measures we have decided that all onsite sales activity will be suspended until further notice. New and continuing sales activity will be performed by either email or phone conversations. To email the Sales Team, email [email protected].
When experiencing minor problems, we can fix your system remotely! In today’s environment of Digital Imaging, most systems are Computer based and have access to the facility’s network. Provided that the system has internet access, our team of professionals can remotely service some of your equipment’s minor issues, sometimes saving hours of downtime waiting for the engineer to arrive on site, or as of recently, limited personnel due to COVID – 19. Most issues can be handled over the phone or a “5 Minute Fix” remotely. To receive remote support, please call or text Randy Robinson at 616-970-5442 or email Randy at: [email protected]. Our Technical Support Specialists are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If we need to come to your facility, we’ll arrange for the closest and most knowledgeable engineer to be dispatched to your location.
During this quarantine time, we are offering to do scheduled preventative maintenance and delay the billing for 90 days.
