AUTOMATIC BATCH ELECTROLYTIC SILVER RECOVERY SYSTEMS
For minilabs, professional and commercial labs, school photofinishers and X-Ray, the ML-27 treats all combinations of RA-4 and EP-2 bleach-fix, as well as C-41 and E-6 fixer. Wash-less stabilizers may also be de-silvered. This system can be plumbed directly to the processor fix/bleach-fix overflow lines, or silver-bearing chemicals may be easily added via an integral funnel assembly.
ML-27 units reduce silver content to approximately 100 ppm (mg/l). Tailed with a metallic cartridge, each unit can reduce silver content to less than 5.0 ppm (typically 2.0 ppm or less).
The SilvPAC® LM/BF-20™ stationary cathode silver recovery system is designed for professional and commercial labs. This innovative unit desilvers EZ bleach-fix (regenerated RA bleach-fix), NR type bleach-fix combined with low flow wash and overflow C-41 fixer. E-6 may also be added to the above processing solutions. The LM/BF-20 is ideal for large volume mini labs to desilver bleach-fix, washless paper stabilizer, fixer, and washless film stabilizer
