X-Ray Service

Radiology Imaging Solutions offers a comprehensive approach to meet the repair needs of our customers. During normal business hours our service dispatch team will assess your situation and assign your service request to one of our service engineers.

Emergency/On Demand

Most often a simple phone call from a member of our Service Field team might resolve the issue. If onsite service is required, we will see that your case is scheduled with the earliest available team member. We offer complete after hours and weekend support (24×7) for all of your x-ray, IT, and imaging needs. Our team of Experience X-ray Engineers are expertly trained on all of the equipment within their areas of expertise. 24 x 7 we are here to help.

Preventative Maintenance & Calibrations

Annual PM and Calibrations are required by most states though they may vary by your practice modality. In addition, they are recommended by the equipment manufacturers as a measure to avoid larger or more costly repairs in the event of a system failure. Often the cost of prevention and addressing minor repairs may seem unnecessary until your system crashes and now you are faced with both the repair cost and a revenue loss. Within days of the completion of this service, you will receive a complete PM/Calibrations summary report for both your records and any state regulatory requirements.

Preventative Maintenance and Calibration Service is a scheduled opportunity that can fit into your schedule without much of an effect on day to day operations. Radiology Imaging Solutions, Inc.  offers a two-part, complete X-ray System Preventative Maintenance Program. The Complete X-ray Generation System Preventative Maintenance Program may be scheduled in a single visit and will take approximately four hours to complete.
